Trekking at Bir - Billing. Billing, up in the hills 14 km from Bir with an area of 200 km for high altitude and cross country flying, is one of the best aero sports sites in the country.

Description

Bir, surrounded by tea gardens and an amphitheatre of low hills, is an ideal landing ground for para- gliders. Bir has Buddhist monasteries that are worth visiting. Fine Tibetan handicrafts are also produced here.

How to get here:-

Direct buses running from Delhi (ISBT BUS STAND) to Baijnath and Baijnath to Bir are 14 km.

Kingfisher flight running from Delhi to Dharamsala and Dharamsala to Bir is 70 Km. Nearest railway station is Pathankot and Pathankot to Bir is 120 km.

• Day 01:

  Arrive in Bir . Check in in Hotel or guest house for fresh. After breakfast or lunch, Trek start from Bir to Billing 7 km 3-4 hours. Or we can arrive to the camp place by car also 14 Km. Have lunch in Billing after lunch trek to Gunda 3-4 hours back to camp .In the evening bon fir and Dinner.

  After breakfast take off from billing and landing in Bir. After landing some sightseeing around Bir
